Flying into "hot zones" to pick up wounded soldiers is the prideful duty of any "Dustoff" crew. This shirt is a salute to those crews. The kangaroo carrying a fellow wounded kangaroo in its pouch was the image used by U.S. Army Dustoff crews during the Vietnam War and is used today by many Dustoff units.
